Refund policy

1. I changed my mind.can I cancel my order and get my money back please?
Unfortunately, We do not issue refunds if the order has already been SHIPPED
2. Can I return an item for a full refund?
Unfortunately, there are strictly no returns UNLESS there are defects in the products. If there is, please inform us within ONE WEEK OF RECEIVING. In that case, we would be happy to help find resolution for the issue!
 
3. Can I change an item for a larger or smaller size?
We do offer exchanges if the item recieived is a different size than what we have listed. All of our products have different measurements, so it is VERY important to compare the measurements in each product to the measurements of a garment you already own at home for accuracy. We do not offer exchanges on items that are sold out or out of stock. Are there no measurements or you want more information about a specific product?

After contacting us, we will give you instructions on how to mail the items to us.

You will be responsible for the postage fee to ship the items to The Netherlands offices or to our logistics center in Asia. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and send you quickly another product!

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods and hygienic products like Face Masks. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
