This is a sew-on printed on canvas panel with an non over locked edge because if your jacket is small size you can cut easy with scissor.

Advice: I recommend to finish the edges with Zigzag stitching ( or with the embroidery machine) it help to prevents fraying and adds professional touch or you can add decorative frame.
